Little kick in the butt.

Here is a fantastic workout to kick start any weight loss program, or to get you back on the exercise wagon.

I do weights while watching TV as it's the best way to make repetitions go easily and to avoid late night noshing.
Just because you ARE a mom, doesn't mean you need to have mom butt!!
